The Resilient Minds Training Program

The Resilient Minds Training Program is a life-changing program that is based upon the basic concepts of positive psychology. The Resilient Minds Training Program is a three-day interactive training program which provides attendees with a roadmap to change the culture within their organization surrounding behavioral health issues. The curriculum focuses on the impact of operational and organizational stress, the effect of trauma and life experience on employee attitudes, holistic employee health strategies, and enhancing interpersonal and community relationships.

Who Created The Resilient Minds Training Program?

The Resilient Minds Training Program was created by a team of experts in their fields who not only teach resiliency, but live and practice it on a daily basis.   Our team is comprised of resiliency practitioners, trainers, educators, psychologists, retired and active law enforcement, medical professionals, chaplains, business professionals and retired and active military officers.  Resilient Minds On The Front Lines, Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered in the State of New Jersey as a 501c(3).
